90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

UltraSoft Yoga Mat purchases are protected by the Ele 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.

For an eligible claim during this period, Ele may, as appropriate:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Refund the eligible purchase price

The appropriate remedy will be determined by Ele based on the nature of the claim, the condition of the product, and the circumstances presented.

Days 1–30

For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated within the first 30 days following delivery, Ele will provide or reimburse eligible standard shipping costs for shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele, in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by Ele.

Days 31–90

The Satisfaction Guarantee remains in effect through day 90. For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated after the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele. This inbound shipping cost is not reimbursed by Ele.

Repairs and Replacements

When Ele approves a repair or replacement during the applicable coverage period, Ele will cover standard shipping of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Products that are heavily used or returned in an unsanitary condition may be subject to applicable hygiene, health, and safety restrictions.

1-Year Limited Warranty

UltraSoft Yoga Mat includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of delivery.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, including the mat material and product construction, that arise during normal and intended use.

For an approved warranty claim, Ele may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide an equivalent replacement model or version

An equivalent replacement may differ from the original product when the original model or component is no longer available.

Exclusions

The 1-Year Limited Warranty does not cover problems resulting from:

• Accidental damage
• Abuse or misuse
• Loss or theft
• Excessive stretching beyond the product's intended use or resistance level
• Cuts, punctures, abrasion, or damage caused by sharp objects
• Improper washing, cleaning, drying, or storage
• Excessive heat or chemical exposure
• Unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair
• Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, fraying, or gradual loss of elasticity from ordinary use
• Use outside the product's intended purpose or operating conditions

Warranty Review

Before approving a warranty claim, Ele may request photographs, video, order information, product information, or other reasonable evidence necessary to evaluate the claim.
