Corporate Infrastructure, Partner Roles, and Compliance Standards

ELE Benefit Services helps your business kickstart the conversation. Official plan administration, licensed product delivery, tax data audits, and regulatory tracking are executed by specialized authorized entities.

This dedicated regulatory directory maps out the clear lines of responsibility between ELE Benefit Services, our specialized Administrative Servicer, Revive Health networks, ManhattanLife lines, and your unique corporate infrastructure.

ELE serves exclusively as your business development, intake coordination, and premium wellness technology partner. We do not provide legal guidance, execute tax filings, issue insurance binders, manage medical claims, or directly enroll your employees.

Who Does What

ELE Benefit Services

We introduce your organization to modern health and workforce programs and coordinate onboarding with the appropriate program and administrative teams.

We also provide health and wellness programs designed to support your employees.

The Administrative Servicer

This designated administrative entity manages technical onboarding validation, W-2 eligibility audits, specialized plan design, enrollment pathways, payroll coordination, and ongoing regulatory compliance tracking for your organization.

Revive Health Networks

Revive provides your workforce with on-demand access to digital medical services. These include virtual primary care, 24/7 urgent medical support, mental health counseling, specialized weight-management programs, and pharmacy solutions.

Revive is a digital care network, not an insurance policy.

ManhattanLife & Licensed Benefit Carriers

These established insurance institutions underwrite and provide voluntary financial protection products, cash-indemnity benefits, disability protection, and safeguards against out-of-pocket medical expenses.

All product offerings are subject to state approval and employee eligibility requirements

Regulatory Foundations of the Structured Wellness Framework

Educational program logs describe an integration built upon carefully organized corporate wellness mechanics, structured Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, and SIMERP 105-11 documentation. This multi-layered approach is fully aligned with modern preventive care guidelines, employer reimbursement rules, and payroll efficiencies.

This entire framework is engineered to sit cleanly on top of your existing group health insurance. It never replaces your core major medical policies.

  • Wellness Plan Frameworks: Establishes and tracks your workforce’s preventive care habits and engagement rewards.
  • Section 125 Cafeteria Blueprints: Coordinates all eligible pre-tax allocations according to your formal company review.
  • SIMERP 105-11 Structures: Manages the formal medical reimbursement paths and corporate FICA optimization lines.

Primary Underwriting Checklist

Your final enterprise validation is locked in during formal onboarding data audits. Primary qualification metrics look at your specific corporate parameters:

Active corporate entity operating within the United States

  • Steady baseline workforce built around W2 employment classifications
  • Active qualified group health insurance plans already in place
  • Full-time workforce segments maintaining 30+ hour weekly commitments
  • Compatible automated payroll software processing infrastructures
  • Minimum recommended headcount tiers of 25 or more participating workers

Definitive Limits of Our Corporate Role

ELE Benefit Services is not a medical facility, insurance broker, accounting group, corporate legal firm, or third-party claims administrator.

ELE strictly does not:

  • Diagnose illnesses, write prescriptions, or offer direct clinical treatment
  • Underwrite insurance policies, issue binders, or sell insurance directly
  • Provide corporate tax advice, legal opinions, or formal payroll accounting
  • Draft final ERISA plan documents or determine medical claim approvals
  • Guarantee absolute tax savings or automatic corporate underwriting approvals
  • Directly manage employee enrollment records or handle ongoing day-to-day plan administration
  • All data validation, legal documentation, employee onboarding, system configurations, and daily program administration are executed by our Administrative Servicer and licensed insurance partners.
