EleRing purchases are protected by the Ele 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.

For an eligible claim during this period, Ele may, as appropriate:

Repair the EleRing
Replace the EleRing
Refund the eligible purchase price

The appropriate remedy will be determined by Ele based on the nature of the claim, the condition of the product, and the circumstances presented.

Days 1–30

For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated within the first 30 days following delivery, Ele will provide or reimburse eligible standard shipping costs for shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele, in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by Ele.

Days 31–90

The Satisfaction Guarantee remains in effect through day 90. For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated after the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele. This inbound shipping cost is not reimbursed by Ele.

Repairs and Replacements

When Ele approves a repair or replacement during the applicable coverage period, Ele will cover standard shipping of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

An equivalent replacement may differ from the original product when the original model or component is no longer available.

The 1-Year Limited Warranty does not cover problems resulting from:

Accidental damage
Abuse or misuse
Loss or theft
Unauthorized opening, alteration, or modification
Unauthorized repair
Improper charging, storage, or handling
Normal cosmetic wear
Normal battery degradation
Liquid exposure beyond the product's specified resistance
Use outside the product's specified or intended operating conditions
