90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible EleWear products are protected for 90 days beginning on the date of delivery.

For an approved claim during the applicable period, Ele may, as appropriate:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Refund the eligible purchase price

The appropriate remedy will be determined by Ele based on the type of product, the nature of the issue, the condition of the product, and the circumstances presented.

A repair may be appropriate for certain products when a qualifying issue can reasonably be corrected while preserving the customer's original item. In other circumstances, replacement or refund may be the appropriate remedy.

Days 1–30

For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated within the first 30 days following delivery, Ele will provide or reimburse eligible standard shipping costs for shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele, in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by Ele.

Days 31–90

The Satisfaction Guarantee remains in effect through day 90. For an approved return or qualifying claim initiated after the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the service location designated by Ele. This inbound shipping cost is not reimbursed by Ele.

Repairs and Replacements

When Ele approves a repair or replacement during the applicable coverage period, Ele will cover standard shipping of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Exclusions

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

• Abuse or misuse
• Accidents
• Intentional damage
• Improper washing, cleaning, or care
• Unauthorized alteration or modification
• Use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose
• Ordinary wear consistent with the nature and expected use of the product

Hygiene, health, and safety restrictions may apply to certain worn or used products.

Unless additional coverage is expressly stated for a specific EleWear product, coverage under the EleWear Satisfaction Guarantee ends 90 days after delivery.
